Received a letter from Zion Early Childhood Education Center requesting to close the
streets around Zion Lutheran School on Friday, June 18, 2021. Their previous request
(which was approved at the April 26, 2021 Council Meeting was for Friday, June 11, 2021, but due to the City Wide Yard Sales, they are asking to change the date to provide the safest environment for the students.
Received an email from Dr. Poonam Jain, on behalf of Ageless-Staunton and The Studio, asking to use Duda Garden on May 15, 2021 from 11:30 A.M.to 1:00 P.M. She will be hosting a free Yoga and Fitness class for community residents. She has requested to have the park rental fee waived.

Motion to grant request from Zion Early Childhood Education Center to block streets and intersections bordering Zion Lutheran School (Wood, Henry, Hoxsey and Panhorst) on Friday, June 18, 2021 from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. They are also asking City workers to set up barricades that morning.
Motion to pay Invoice #317523 to Leads Online for Total Track Investigation System Service Package in the amount of $1,375.00. This is for service dates May 1, 2021 through April 30, 2022.
