Motion to pay Invoice #326119 to Leads Online for annual Total Track Investigation System Service Package in the amount of $1,416.00. The service dates are May 1, 2022 through April 30, 2023.
Motion to approve Quote # 494200 from CDS Office Technologies for five laptop computers with antennas to be installed in police cars in the amount of $15,050.00

Motion to pay $12,000.00 to Hart, Southworth & Witsman for Professional
Services Rendered (bond counsel representation) for the Gensing Creek Box
Culvert Replacement Project.
Motion to accept low bid from Laughlin Electric for back-up generators at various
locations throughout the City of Staunton, with the bid amount being $50,070.00.
The only other bid received was from MAC Electric Company, with their bid
amount being $59,687.00. This will be paid from American Rescue Plan Act
Relief Dollars.

read meters with antenna assemblies at a cost of $2,958.00
Motion to proceed with Timberview Loop Water Main Project. Materials have
already been approved and purchased.

have already been approved and purchased.
