Received an email from the Julie Jarman, representing the Staunton Lions Club, requesting to use the Fireman’s Park on Saturday, March 30, 2024 for their annual Easter Egg Hunt.  They would be using the park from 8:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. and they are asking to have the park rental fee waived.

The annual Worker’s Compensation Audit for calendar year 2023 was recently completed in the City Clerk’s Office and everything was found to be in balance.

Motion to approve proceeding with demolition of buildings on City owned property at 317 East Fifth Street

 

Motion to grant request from the Staunton Lions Club to use the Fireman’s Park
